Case Study Gentex Europe

Riverlite successfully migrated all of Gentex Europe’s server and desktop infrastructure to the Riverlite vCloud with all employees now able to access the corporate virtual desktop securely from any device in any location.

Riverlite installed high speed point to point circuits from Gentex Europe’s Letchworth and Stranraer offices to Riverlite’s vCloud platform. Riverlite migrated and updated the server infrastructure into the Riverlite vCloud to utilise enterprise-grade storage and network equipment.

Case Study Cardinal Newman

Riverlite worked with Cardinal Newman to develop a package that not only met the school’s objectives, but also exceeded them. Riverlite initially undertook a server refresh, building a new Citrix environment at the same time. Having seen first-hand the impact the Riverlite approach had made, Cardinal Newman made Riverlite their first port of call when more support was required.

A fully Managed Service was installed for the IT team at the school; seeing Riverlite provide 3rd line support when needed, to complement the existing in house expertise. The systems keep running and possible downtime is removed by Riverlite’s Insight Network Monitoring Solution, enabling 24×7 monitoring and immediate alerts on potential issues.
