Under Paul’s leadership, Riverlite has gone from start up in 2008 to become a leader in delivering high quality IT Managed Services to the SME Marketplace.
Paul’s early career was in delivering IT services in large corporates and then founding Riverlite to apply the experience from big business to SME’s.
Paul’s central belief is in delivering a first-class customer experience and has built a team, processes and systems to deliver that operational excellence.
Paul's passion is motorsport and spends way too much time at race tracks both watching and participating.
Mark is an experienced, award-winning Chairman and Managing Director with specialist knowledge in building companies from start-up to SME level. Having worked in a variety of company sizes and sectors including information technology, manufacturing, consultancy and public sector; Mark was keen to work with Riverlite as an up and coming IT company with a dynamic team providing services to Charities, Hospice and Private sector clients.
Outside of supporting business, Mark can be found trying to improve his golf and tennis game.
Chief Technology Officer
Whilst working at a large MSP in the UK, Simon met Paul and quickly realised that the vision of Riverlite matched his own ambitions and values; leading to him joining the team in 2010. Paul and Simon’s combined experience led to the creation of managed service offerings specifically for the SME market, but underpinned with the delivery expertise, stability and systems only traditionally accessible to enterprise organisations.
With a background in designing, implementing, managing and supporting Enterprise Grade IT solutions for both large corporates and SME organisations, his experience translates directly in to the Riverlite portfolio of services as well as the drive to deliver first-class technical services with a customer service focus.
Simon can often be found watching motorsport, trying to improve his own lap times somewhere or travelling with his wife.
Head of Operations
A Service Management professional with 20 year’s experience in Service Delivery and Operational Management; including IT Support, Hosting & Managed Services and SaaS service delivery.
Starting from a technical support background and progressing into an ITIL Service Management professional. Managing a range of support functions, including a large 24/7 Managed Services Service Desk and a specialised SaaS eProcurement and transaction processing product.
Outside of work Ian can be found playing walking football, trying to keep up with his four kids.
Head of Sales
After graduating with distinction from the Riverlite academy programme, Miles officially joined Riverlite in January 2014 and has had an exceptional impact helping UK SME’s transform their IT strategies and delivering ROI.
Working with some of the most prestigious customers in the UK, Miles believes in delivering the highest levels of customer service for his clients, often becoming an integral extension of his customers team. His responsibilities now including overseeing the retention of all existing clients in addition the acquisition of new customers.
Miles is hugely passionate about his sport; regularly playing football, going to the gym and generally participating in physical challenges.
A qualified CIMA Accountant with over 30 years experience of working for both Multinational and SME’s within the Cambridgeshire area, Andrew is very much a results driven, commercially aware individual that thrives on working in collaboration with the business to facilitate its ambitious growth plans.
Whilst responsible for all finance activities at Riverlite, Andrew aims to constantly challenge and improve existing processes and systems.
Away from the business, he enjoys playing golfing, football and spending time with family and friends.
