With a commercial technology background in enterprise IT, Paul went on to found Riverlite in 2008 to apply the experience from big business to SME’s. Entirely focussed on service excellence, Paul believes that if you look after customers they will look after you and this is evidenced by most new business success coming through referral and exceptionally high customer retention rates.
Under Paul’s leadership, Riverlite has gone from start-up in 2008 to become an established IT Managed Services Provider to SME’s. Riverlite’s customers trust it to host, manage, secure and support their IT services.
Paul is a huge motorsport fan, with a long-term goal of racing himself….watch this space!
Mark is an experienced, award-winning Chairman and Managing Director with specialist knowledge in building companies from start-up to SME level. Having worked in a variety of company sizes and sectors including information technology, manufacturing, consultancy and public sector; Mark was keen to work with Riverlite as an up and coming IT company with a dynamic team providing services to Charities, Hospice and Private sector clients.
Outside of supporting business, Mark can be found trying to improve his golf and tennis game.
Chief Technology Officer
Whilst working at a large MSP in the UK, Simon met Paul and quickly realised that the vision of Riverlite matched his own ambitions and values; leading to him joining the team in 2010. Paul and Simon’s combined experience led to the creation of managed service offerings specifically for the SME market, but underpinned with the delivery expertise, stability and systems only traditionally accessible to enterprise organisations.
With a background in designing, implementing, managing and supporting Enterprise Grade IT solutions for both large corporates and SME organisations, his experience translates directly in to the Riverlite portfolio of services as well as the drive to deliver first-class technical services with a customer service focus.
Simon can often be found watching motorsport, trying to improve his own lap times somewhere or travelling with his wife.
Service Operations Manager
From an established background in IT services, Daljit has led a number of IT services teams before joining Riverlite in 2016. Daljit experience and knowledge around customer service has formed the backbone in implementing the quality of service around vital areas of the services portfolio. Working in conjunction across the teams at Riverlite, the work around business process and systems continues to deliver the highest levels of customer service to Riverlite clients.
Daljit can often be found cycling, walking and watching Formula 1.
Head of Sales
After graduating with distinction from the Riverlite academy programme, Miles officially joined Riverlite in January 2014 and has had an exceptional impact helping UK SME’s transform their IT strategies and delivering ROI.
Working with some of the most prestigious customers in the UK, Miles believes in delivering the highest levels of customer service for his clients, often becoming an integral extension of his customers team. His responsibilities now including overseeing the retention of all existing clients in addition the acquisition of new customers.
Miles is hugely passionate about his sport; regularly playing football, going to the gym and generally participating in physical challenges.
Head of Finance
An experienced Management Accountant with a demonstrated history of working in different industries. Skilled in Budgeting, Forecasting, Analytical Skills and Project Accounting, Elaine joined Riverlite team to head up the Finance and Procurement team and to help support the rapid growth the company has seen and scale for the future.
Outside of work she spends most of her time either watching planes at Duxford with her toddler & husband or eating cake at National Trust properties.
