Riverlite provides professional services in either an ad-hoc or time bank model. Additional technical services can range from consultancy days to out-of-hours updates, patches, project work, training, on-site IT Manager or even emergency out of hour’s advice.
On-side IT Manager for Action Housing three days a month to help them with IT strategy, on-going projects and software implementations.
Security audit and professional services which assisted ARHC to achieve NHS patient data security compliance.

We have the option of using a professional services time bank model that provides a flexible bank of resource to use as needed. This provides access to the Riverlite’s consultancy and support team that can assist with a range of IT areas including projects, system upgrades and user training and more. This agreed block of time will be available on an annual basis and include:
